During facial reflexology gentle pressure is applied to the different reflex zones and reflexology points on the face, these points are directly related to areas of the body.

THAI FOOT MASSAGE

Works on similar principles as Reflexology covering the feet and the lower leg.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Shoulders and neck massage to stretch, to relieve any stress and tension. The scalp is then massaged along the pressure points on the head and face depending on length of treatment.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE

Wearing comfortable clothing, this body stretching session, also known as "yoga for lazy people" its a revitalising treatment which is used as and when necessary.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE

Using a pregnancy bolster which allows the client to safely lay on her front, this massage can be done for a maximum of 60 mins and after the 1st trimester.

SPORTS MASSAGE

A sports massage is used for general relaxation of the muscular skeletal system as well as being directed towards any problem areas.

HOT STONES MASSAGE

A type of massage therapy used to help relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout the body, this can also be combined with cold stones, called "fire & ice" helps with the blood flow.

WARM BAMBOO MASSAGE

Using solid bamboo sticks of different lengths to massage the body. The sticks are warmed and applied to give deep and long massage strokes to break down tension and stretch tight muscles.

AUTUMN WARMER

Back scrub using Hot towels, followed by a Myofascial release back massage using DoTerra aromatherapy oils, then a head massage and finishing with a face cleanse and a lift.

WINTER ESCAPE

Full body hot stones, hot towels, face mask, massage, focusing on hands, feet and face.
As this is a 90mins treatment which needs another extra half hour on each end, to prepare and tidy, I recommend this is booked in advance.

Dermavisage Crystal Microdermabrasion
